Agency Origin, Philosophy and Mission:

Nardly Human Services, Inc. (NHS) was established in August 2002. The agency was founded by Mr. Bernard Ike Onwuemelie, because of his passion for justice, family’s stabilization and cultural socialization.

Nardly Human Services is a social service agency that provides sustenance, nurturing, intervention, family stabilization and cultural socialization both locally and internationally. Nardly’s programs focus on individuals suffering abuse, neglect, crisis and social displacement. Our mission is to offer the most effective services to individuals, families, employers of immigrant personnel; including priests, ministers and nuns, their communities and institutions locally and internationally.
