Errors and corrections to the laboratory  package

Known Errors and Fixes:

1. In Laboratory 7, I was not paying attention when writing up the notes. If you have interrupts occurring at 61 Hz, then the square wave you generate will be at half the frequency, or 30.5 Hz (you need two interrupts for each cycle, one to turn the output on and the other to turn it off). I think this has been fixed.
2. In the first version of Lab 8 that was posted, pages 2 and beyond were copies of  Lab 7!  (I accidentally cut and pasted Lab 7. I corrected the intermediate file but forgot to update the final file). This has been fixed.
